Girls on the Run
Girls on the Run is a National experiential learning program that combines training for a 3.1 mile run/walk event with life-changing, self-esteem enhancing, uplifting workouts that encourage emotional, social, and physical development. Participants learn how to make healthy decisions, resolve conflict, and get along in a group.
The Girls on the Run Program is for girls grades 3 - 5. It is designed to educate and prepare pre-teen girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living in a challenging and fun way.
